Learning all about polar animals, means fun, hands-on activities and experiments. The two classes gathered together for a challenging task: to save the penguins that were trapped in ice! First we froze the penguins and then we tried to find ways to free them. The children used salt, sugar and hot water, in order to melt the ice. During tis activity, they experimented, they suggested ways to achieve their goal and enjoyed playing with water and ice. It was a blast!
