The early years of life set the grounds for personal development, for the will to learn and interact within the community. Therefore, our teaching methods throughout the Early Years programme follow an innovative approach to the English National Curriculum and are based on the 7 areas of learning:
- Personal, Social, and Emotional Development
- Physical Development
- Communication and Language
- Literacy
- Mathematics
- Understanding the World
- Expressive Arts and Design
The curriculum is designed for any student who is planning to study either in educational institutions in Romania or in international schools further afield.
MISB Early Years programme encourages social education, early language development, and logical thinking. Further, it provides a range of extracurricular activities which are created to develop the individual skills of every child.
The programme ensures cognitive and emotional development of Early Years children and explores their unique potential, while considering the child’s own pace and emotional needs. It also incorporates play, which is how children explore and discover new things, as well as learn to relate, communicate, and express their feelings and emotions.
