Typical School Day
A day-in-the-life of an Early Years student includes core-subject learning (English, maths, science, and topic), as well as playtime, creative classes and clubs, nap-time (for preschool), a hot lunch in our cafeteria, and time to stretch their legs on our outdoor playground.
8:15 - 8:30 - Breakfast
Students can enjoy a nutritious breakfast with teachers and peers before starting school.
8:30 - 10:15 - Literacy, Numeracy, and Continuous Provision
Our mornings are reserved for completing educational activities with an interactive, learn-by-play focus. Students complete phonics-based and numbers-based games using tactile tools like sand, water, and play dough.
10:00 - 10:15 - Snack
During our morning break, students receive a healthy snack of seasonal fruit. They also use this time for free-play and socializing with their classmates.
10:15 - 11:00 - Literacy, Numeracy, and Continuous Provision

11:00 - 12:00 - Sports Activities
After a morning of learning, students can stretch their legs and imaginations on our wonderful outdoor playground. In poor weather, children relax inside and participate in games and activities. Other active classes include yoga and dance!
12:00 - 12:30 - Lunch
Children enjoy a 2-course meal consisting of warm, homemade soup and a hot meal in our cafeteria. All meals are prepared by our in-house chef. See a sample of our weekly menu!
12:30 - 13:30 - Continuous Provision
After lunch, students continue to learn within our core subjects while using play-and-tactile-focused learning.
13:30 - 15:30 - Naptime (Mini Preschool and Preschool)
All Mini Preschool and Preschool children will sleep in a quiet, cozy room each afternoon.
13:30 - 15:00 - Extended Learning (Reception)
During the afternoon, Reception students continue to learn with extended topics such as art, topic (varied and fun subjects), and citizenship.
15:00 - 15:45 - Long Programme
Students in the long programme enjoy extra creative activities, such as art, craft, and play.
15:45 - 16:00 - Long Programme Snack
If students are in the long programme they will also receive an afternoon snack before going to long programme clubs and activities.
16:00 - 17:00 - Long Programme Clubs and Activities
See a list of programmes that we offer for children if they participate in the long programme. Students will also spend more time outside, complete art projects, and socialize with peers.
